The Cad Factory recording Studio houses a vintage Trident Mixing Console connected to a Mac computer utilising Mark of the Unicorn sound cards. The best of beautiful analogue warmth and digital editing capabilities.There are plenty of nice instruments set up in the studio to utilize including an accordion, xylophone, Lowrey organ, piano, drum kit, bass and guitars etc...
There is a large live room and 3 separate rooms for amp isolation.
The Cad Factory is a warm and inviting space to spend your time and houses extra facilities such as a shower, coffee maker, bottles of cordial and some beds if you need them.

Recording rates at The Cad Factory are very accessible.
$400 per day (8 hours including engineer)
or
$1500 for 5 days
SPECIAL
Monday and tuesday daytime Special.Record during the day on Monday and Tuesday for only $300 per day.
